Popolo Press is the print shop in Montreal, Canada, associated with Suoni Per Il Popolo, Casa del Popolo, and Sala Rossa. The shop offers facilities for letterpress, relief printing, silkscreen, risograph, die-cutting, binding, and stamping.[1]
The studio is equipped with three flatbed proofing presses capable of printing up to 24×34 inches, including a Vandercook 320G, and two tabletop platen presses for letterpress and relief printing. Its collection includes over 500 wood and metal typefaces, as well as wood and metal ornaments. Most printing processes are completed manually.
It does not offer print-for-hire services.
