A print shop in Detroit, MI that focuses on equitable and sustainable practices in art & design.

Small Works started as a workshop put on at Teikaut, designed to bring people into Detroit and to foster the printing practices. This part of the practice grew to become its own space, eventually moving to Jefferson Ave. in 2021. Small Works has Risograph, Letterpress, and Bookbinding, and Zine production areas with open studio access 4 days a week. There are also classes for each area once a month.

Starting 2024, Small Works hosts year long "Self Study" groups in topics related to the works being made by open studio users. There is currently a Self Study for Letterpress, Bookbinding, and Self-Publishing.
