Current Editions celebrates micro histories, niche artifacts, and public discourse. An artist-run press formed by Jessalyn Aaland and Paul Morgan in 2017, our publications range from protests on San Francisco’s Market Street to New England’s unique contribution to target sports.
We produce(d) a variety of durational Risograph-printed projects:
Class Set (2018–present): collection of 40 tabloid-sized posters featuring quotes by authors and activists, aimed at students. Each poster was designed by a commissioned artist, with the intention of introducing students to contemporary art aesthetics. Over 22,000 prints are in circulation.
Emeryville Cool Fun Facts (2020–2022): ten issue run of a one-page newsletter focusing on Emeryville hot topics. Conceived, produced, and stapled throughout the city during the COVID shelter-in-place order. Goats, squats, and even the fruit canning industry made an appearance.

Organizing Power (2019—present): booklet series providing arts workers accessible tools for union organizing. Beyond the 3,500 guides currently distributed, we've brought together labor organizers and workers for panel discussions.
