The Open Arts program (formerly the Analog Research Lab) at Meta exists to promote creativity, innovation, openness, and connectivity within the Meta employee community through art and design. It was founded originally in 2010 in Palo Alto before the company relocated to its primary campus in Menlo Park, CA where the Lab expanded. The program was all but dismantled in May 2023 following months of internal layoffs.
